Decentralised Autonomous Organisation [DAO]: An organisation constructed by rules encoded as a computer program that is often transparent, controlled by the organisation's members and not influenced by a central government.

One Teddy, One Vote: each Teddy NFT allows the holder one vote in the Teddy DAO and the ability to submit proposals.
